1812 Park Place

Case Commercial Development

Fort Worth, TX

Commercial + Mixed Use

This building fronts a much larger hospital project in Fort Worth South. The two story building is designed as a medical office building. It has a small common core with restroom facilities, an elevator and stairs. The balance of the building is a clean space, ready for tenant use. The exterior uses brick and glass in a traditional way to work with the existing urban fabric along Park Place. Entry doors are located on the building’s prominent corner, and are sheltered by canopies that run the full length of the façade. A whitewashed decorative band above the second floor windows is intended to call into question the actual age of the building.
