The vision for the redevelopment of Bharat Nagar is to create a new destination in Mumbai and elevate the neighborhood to serve as the iconic gateway to the Bandra Kurla Complex. The master plan was informed by four key principals: restore the connection to the existing wetland, create an esplanade along the waterfront, improve connectivity and accessibility, and build up the area as a unique district.
