Dubawi Towers

The vision for this un-built development is to create a remarkably distinctive building set apart from the surrounding Business Bay environment. The design makes a strong architectural statement, offering a striking focal point for the district. The architectural form is a simple tubular volume culminating into a bladed top that draws inspiration from the edges of the dunes formed in the desert. The playful façade mimics the desert sun’s rise and fall, re-imagined within the Business Bay urban setting.
