VLK has partnered with this fast-growing, close-knit company for six phases of PMG’s continuing evolution since 2010, as the company experienced exponential growth, growing from a startup to a company with a billion-dollar capitalization. VLK has assisted in multiple studies to help develop growth strategies. The design of each phase has evolved with the company’s changing needs; the tech-industrial nature of each project offers a variety of settings that deliberately blur the line between formal and informal spaces to foster a culture of innovation and creativity. A variety of spaces are offered – including private workstations, phone booths, restaurant-style booths, open and closed conference spaces, and multi-functional coffee bars that also serve as charging stations and working bars for after-hours activities, as well as plenty of spaces for immersive brainstorming – allowing employees to seamlessly transition from one work environment to another to suit their individual or team needs.
