Tipsy Oak

The developer had a vision for this small parcel dotted with beautifully mature oaks and saw its potential as an urban oasis with timeless appeal. The restaurant-bar concept offers a modest building footprint to accommodate generous outdoor seating amidst shade of the trees. Designed as a nod to the old neighborhood that once defined the area, the structure features board and batten siding and a soft grey metal roof. The structure’s covered porches and wood trellis extends the hospitable environment beyond the interior. Outside and inside further connect through an indoor-outdoor bar.
