Gourley Plaza At Mercantile Center
Following the departure of a major tenant, Mercantile Partners seized the opportunity to not just renovate Gourley Plaza, but reimagine it as a modern, polished commercial office destination. VLK was selected to reinterpret the two ground floor lobby spaces and common areas on each floor in the hopes of enticing high-end tenants. Sophisticated finishes, lighting systems, and furnishing set the tone, while a muted color palate juxtaposed with a dynamic wood ceiling and Cordova shell limestone lobby walls elevate the experience upon entry.
