Grubbs Volvo

The site for Grubbs Volvo is situated 2,000 feet off the North end of one of DFW Airport’s busy runways, posing several challenges both before and during construction. The building reflects the new Volvo Retail Experience design, with the entire Showroom clad in white frosted glazing. At dusk, the building lights up like a lantern, creating interest and curiosity. Due to its positioning, the illuminated Showroom will be visible to aircraft passengers as they take off and land. Interior areas reflect the Swedish approach of openness and transparency. Materials and workmanship are of the highest quality. Furnishings stay true to Scandinavian design, with light wood finishes and smooth flowing surfaces.
