C.H. Collins Athletic Complex Stadium and Natatorium

The 12,000-seat stadium features a three-story press box with an elevated first floor that offers covered seating for the home stands and the mezzanine space underneath. The third level of the press box has tiered seating for press, coaches, a film deck, and multi-use rooms. The second level contains district athletic offices, centralized storage, and a 150-person meeting room. The water park/natatorium project was developed jointly by Denton ISD and the City of Denton. Inside the main natatorium is a 10-lane, 25-meter competition pool with raised spectator seating, an instructional pool with a water slide, locker facilities, and office spaces. The outdoor aquatic park has a separate entry, water slides, a lazy river, children’s pool, covered pavilions with picnic areas, and a 500-seat amphitheater.
