CarSquad, sister brand of Off Lease Only, is a pre-owned dealership offering customers the opportunity to buy, sell, or trade pre-owned vehicles online or on the lot with the guidance of experts advising customers through their decisions. The design process for this project included intensive programming and circulation studies with the owner to establish a new sales facility prototype that will act as the basis for future projects as CarSquad continues their expansion plan. This prototype includes large entry portals into the building leading to the open sales-floor with collaborative kiosks where associates help customers search inventory. The new location also includes a unique test drive area with extensive shaded outdoor spaces with a 40’x 60’ U.S. and Texas flag flying 150’-0” above the site.
