The design intent intertwines familiar and historical elements of Fort Worth with the sleek high-tech industry that iProspect serves. The rehabilitated warehouse features an open layout, allowing employees to focus on group orientation and collaborative team building. The design team used sustainable strategies wherever possible by working with the building owner in advance to use existing walls for partitions and reclaimed wood for the new sliding barn doors. These elements merge with modern components such as writable glass wall surfaces and high-tech A/V systems to create a unique work environment for employees.
