Jonathan Aldis Joins VLK as Principal

VLK Architects proudly announces that Jonathan Aldis will be joining the firm as Principal. With experience managing various project types such as stadiums, natatoriums, outdoor learning centers, and administration and transportation facilities, Aldis has worked exclusively with K-12 educational clients for the duration of his 24-year career. Additionally, he has assisted many K-12 school districts with the planning of successful bond elections and projects which ranged $5 to $400 million.

Having served several notable clients in the DFW area for more than a decade such as Lewisville ISD, Rockwall ISD, Highland Park ISD, and Irving ISD, Aldis prides himself on building and maintaining long term relationships with his clients. He believes in connecting with the communities he serves, so that each project meets their needs while completing them on time and within budget. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M  University and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Association for Learning Environments. He has also has served on the board of directors of PediPlace, a nonprofit organization providing health services for children in North Texas for seven years.
