Barry L. Lemons

Barry possesses a wealth of architectural knowledge in construction. He is responsible for maintaining VLK's construction administration policies and procedures, and also manages department personnel, upholds current and new architectural practices, and coordinates with VLK senior staff in order to schedule and allocate resources and meet the project workload in construction administration.
