Near South Studios
The building is a modern re-interpretation that pays respect to its former life as an industrial center. This two-story, mixed-use facility houses office, retail and restaurant spaces. The prefabricated steel frame is extruded from the brick and metal building, showcasing airy outdoor spaces at each level that are accessed by large glass overhead doors.
