Purposefully designed with district staff to foster the four Cs of education and to create a new standard for instructional delivery in the district, Ray Braswell High School is organized into four defined “houses,” creating small learning communities. A large student commons serves as a gathering space and connects the small learning communities to the more active functions of the building.

Design and Value
"If each student has half of the honesty, integrity, and genuineness of Ray Braswell, the school will be a great place. Braswell High School sets the new standard for collaborative learning and critical thinking. Denton ISD students will be far-and-away much better prepared for post-secondary education and the workforce due to the hard work of our teachers and staff facilitated by this amazing campus.”
