Howard Dobbs Elementary School

Designed to foster an engaging and dynamic learning experience, the replacement facility for Dobbs Elementary School at Rockwall ISD offers students and teachers an empowering collaborative environment. Building on a strong foundation of stakeholder engagement, the VLK|LAUNCH® process facilitated a design concept co-created with teachers and school administrators that aligns completely with the district’s curriculum and leadership philosophy. The new facility includes distinctively appointed public and academic spaces that enhance the value of the facility to the greater community. Natural light is abundant in every classroom and the building offers ample space ideal for spontaneous collaboration.
