The 114-acre master plan envisions a live/work lifestyle haven, a development designed to create an environment that emphasizes the natural beauty of the area. Key values promoted in the plan are sustainability and ecological education. Once home to a robust ecosystem, the site was gradually destroyed by the extraction of its valuable topsoil for brick manufacturing. The project’s stakeholders hope to restore the site’s ecological balance that will serve as a demonstration for responsible development.
