Texas A&M University commissioned VLK Architects to enhance the Biological and Health Sciences Building at the Kingsville campus. VLK’s challenge was to invigorate the existing teaching labs as well as create a more stimulating and welcoming environment throughout the building. New fixtures, finishes and caseworks rejuvenated and boosted the quality of the spaces for research, teaching and study. The facility was further upgraded with a new air handling unit and technology infrastructure.
